Women’s Muay Thai

Juniper Muay Thai Gym strives to create a welcoming and approachable space for all. Our Women’s Muay Thai Kickboxing curriculum offers cardio-centric training sessions rooted in Muay Thai principles and technique. You will experience a high-intensity workout, while building a strong community and learning effective technique. The program is fit for all experience levels, ages (14+), and physical abilities. Whether your goal is to step into the ring, increase your fitness, or build confidence, our Women’s curriculum will meet your needs.

*We use an inclusive definition of “woman” and we welcome trans women, femmes, genderqueer people, and non-binary people.

*We strive to provide an accessible space for mothers and welcome kids to use the general area as long as they can keep themselves entertained!

Our Head Instructor

Casey Bohrman

Casey has been training in the art of Muay Thai for over 18 years. She fought professionally, referees and judges Muay Thai bouts, and has taught at multiple gyms throughout the Philly area. When she is not in the gym, she is working as a Professor of Social Work at West Chester University or spending time with her partner Yohannes and their daughters Sloan and Toby.
