The Art of 8 Limbs
Muay Thai, commonly referred to as ‘The Art of Eight Limbs’, is the national sport of Thailand. Competitors use their ‘eight limbs’—two hands, two elbows, two knees, and two legs—to best their opponent. Fights are held in a ring where fighters wear boxing gloves and Thai shorts. Muay Thai and fight culture are steeped in ritual, tradition, and mysticism, all of which you will learn about at Juniper Muay Thai Gym.
Whether you are a seasoned professional, an absolute beginner, or a weekend warrior, we offer a high-intensity, clean, safe, and structured environment to help you reach your goals. All Muay Thai classes are co-ed and are structured as: Fundamentals of Muay Thai, All-Levels, and Advanced/Fight Training.
*Members are not required or pressured to spar (direct physical competition with an opponent). Sparring is 100% optional and always conducted in a safe and controlled manner.
*We ask that members speak with a coach before attending Advanced or Fight Training classes.
Whether your goal is to one day step into the ring or simply get into shape, Juniper Muay Thai’s program will teach you authentic, effective Muay Thai.
